Pilates


What you can expect: A low impact exercise that builds muscle by focusing on balance, control, core strength, and flexibility which helps prevent and rehabilitate injury. This style focuses on dynamic movement that can help you advance in your overall fitness goals creating better posture, mobility, and alignment. The use of props or light weights are optional.

Structure: 30 minutes of deep stretching and low impact training. 

Experience level: Moderate to Advanced

Mindfulness

& Meditation


What you can expect: A workshop style class that focuses on mindfulness, meditation, and restorative movement to get you in a deep state of relaxation.

Structure: 35 minutes of mindfulness based skills and 10 minutes of guided meditation.

Soundbowl Meditation


What you can expect: The use of crystal singing bowls to create sounds and vibrations that can help elevate your mood, clear your energy, and balance out your chakras. These sessions can leave you with a sense of peace and tranquility after meditation.

Structure: 45 minutes of guided meditation with the use of sound healing.

Restorative Yoga


What you can expect: Poses are held for a longer period with the use of props. Using props such as blocks, bolsters, pillows, blankets, and straps allow the body to develop flexibility in a supported and gentle way. The awareness is on the breath and the body sensations to evoke a feeling of deep relaxation and surrender. Crystal bowls will also be used during class to deepen the mediation and aid in vibrational sound healing.

Structure: 10 min. warm up, 15 min. yoga, 5 min. cool down
