This interactive workshop is centered around ways to detoxify and reset your body, mind, and home as you prepare for the spring season. As the weather starts to change, your body begins to crave a cleanse from the winter months. You may be looking to add more movement as well as eating more lighter, liver-nourishing foods. We will discuss many ways you can do so, as well as ways to cleanse your home!
